2>I just want to thank you for all you did. We are just back from our trip yesterday and had a wonderful time. You recall you booked the Bhaya cruise on Halong Bay for us and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The driver did indeed pick us up at the hotel as you said he would and in fact everything went as you said it would. I would recommend the Bhaya to anyone.

Although the Bhaya was the only part of the trip we booked with you, we booked other parts of the trip (flights, hotels and train tickets) with other Lacviet tour offices and everywhere we went, people were familiar with Lacviet tour. The first part of the trip was hiking in Bhutan, a trip organized by REI Adventures, and we asked REI Adventures to book other parts of our independent travels through Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam and they did so through Exotissimo, so REI Adventures likes and uses Lacviet tour and now we do too. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation of the professoinal and dedicated efforts displayed by Mai Ngoc Van who works at the Lacviet tour in Hanoi, Viet Nam.

My wife and I were traveling in Hanoi in the middle of Feburary 2007 when we suddenly had to cut our trip short and head back to New Zealand. Given that it was in the middle of Tet, the internal flights were full to the point of overloading.

Mai Ngoc Van was extremley sympathetic to our situation and worked tirelessly to assist us in getting plane tickets. What was most impressive was when we returned to seek her help after one particular option did not work out, she jumped on the case again and solved it herself.

9>We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cambodia. The hotel was excellent, the staff were considerate and attentive, the food was very good and the rooms comfortable and clean. We were particularly impressed with the design of the hotel, the swimming pool and open bar area and would happily recommend it.

Nucy , our guide was very knowledgeable with good English and not at all peturbed when our first day had to be re-scheduled as our luggage had not arrived! The car was clean and the driver competent. We particularly appreciated the supply of ice cold water, individual wipes and the umbrellas!

Angkor Wat was stunning and we are so glad we took the time to visit.

10> We've now been back from our holiday for a couple of weeks and just had to write to thank you again for the tour you organized for us in Vietnam. Everything went smoothly - the 3 guides who took care of us along the way were excellent (friendly, knowledgeable and helpful). We had some wet weather (but we knew that was likely) and it didn't stop us from doing anything or going anywhere we wanted to go. We are now getting all our photographs together to show friends and encourage them to visit your beautiful country. Of course we will recommend that Lacviet tour is the only company to book through!!

We will certainly be keen to do more travelling through your company. Can you confirm the areas that you cover. Is it only Vietnam, Thailand and surrounding Asian countries or are there other non-Asian countries?? What areas can you book airline tickets to and from?? 12>Here we are back in England and our wonderful few days in Cambodia already seem like a dream. We have thought about you a lot and also talked about you to our son and daughter-in-law who had made the whole holiday possible for us. 13> I wanted to Thank-You for the most wonder trip! For our Christmas and New Years...We loved Luang Prabang! We wanted to stay, the people were so real and lovely...And the Food!!! Awesome!!!The Elephant Camp was beautiful....the elephant ride was magical!!! We added a kayak ride and hit some rapids!We had to get up extra early... we were leaving that day!Our favorite hotel was Souvannaphoun and the La Residence Phou Vao. Very friendly and accommodating.

We were lucky to have our guide Sovan excellent! Perfect English!!! She arranged some extra sites for us to visit! Like a few brick and concrete places that we were able to watch how they made bricks from the earth! (We are in the Building Industry)

Our next stop was Siem Reap! We also had a fantastic Guide Xang (he was a walking History Book!!) we had a blast at the temples... I would suggest to go to the one's out in the Jungle.We went to one about 2-3 hours out of town and it was so private! We were the only people there... It was incredible... to climb and explore......the weatherAnd the sunsets were exceptional!!! The De La Paix Hotel (As Seen In Architectural Digest) was very Posh! ... The photography show was insightful....

This trip was very educational and eye opening! Then off to Thailand Krabi... All beach...Hot weather... very private with unbelievable water... very remote...Took a boat to the other island to go snorkeling! We relaxed by the pool and beach... And them off to Bangkok! I wish we had more time there!!!

It was so alive with tons of shopping and night life... I can't wait to go back!!! We had some custom clothes made!!! They are ready and on their way!!!

Thank-You for such an amazing 3 weeks!!! I didn't want to come home!!! I have already recommended your company to some people in the USA!!!

14>Thank you so very much for your recommendation of the Trisara Resort in Phuket. It was the most wonderful experience that I've ever had on a vacation, and is a true gem. The staff are so incredibly well trained, thoughtful and friendly. The resort itself should be in Architectural Digest -- it is absolutely beautiful. We felt more relaxed and truly on vacation than any vacation we've ever had before -- and we've been to many, many destinations around the world from North America, Latin America, to Africa, Europe and other Asian locations.
